Meet Yarely Rivera of Flawless Skin & Brow Boutique

After 22 years in the beauty industry, Yarely Rivera knows that healthy skin is not built on passing trends. It comes from education, consistency, customized care, and respect for the skin’s natural ability to renew itself.

Eleven years ago, Yarely took a leap of faith and opened Flawless Skin & Brow Boutique in the Twin Cities. As a solo esthetician, she wanted a professional skincare line that was clean, effective, results-driven, and versatile enough to support every client who entered her treatment room.

A fellow esthetician introduced her to Lira Clinical, telling her, “If you like the line you’re using, you have to try Lira. It’s similar—but better.”

Intrigued, Yarely booked a facial and began experimenting with a few products. She quickly noticed consistent results.

“Before Lira, I always felt like I needed one product from one line and another product from somewhere else,” she explains. “With Lira, there was something for every skin condition.”

Today, Yarely leads a team of three estheticians and specializes in alternatives to injectables. Her treatments combine professional skincare with modalities such as microcurrent and acoustic sound therapy.

“We believe the skin should not be frozen,” she says. “The skin was designed to heal. Our job is to recharge the cells and support that natural process.”

Her customized treatments may include Green Power, Hybrid Peels, Exo Mandelic, Exo Retinoid, Shikimic Plus, or Mineral Jessner. She especially loves using Green Power after microcurrent treatments to amplify visible results.

For Yarely, education has been one of the greatest drivers of client loyalty. With influencers and viral routines creating confusion, she uses every treatment as an opportunity to explain the purpose behind each product.

“It isn’t about selling,” she says. “It is about educating and empowering clients with real science, not just marketing.”

“I feel like Oprah,” she jokes. “‘You need it! You need it! Everybody needs it!’”

Her advice to new estheticians is simple: avoid chasing every shiny trend.

“Stay grounded in science and observe the skin in front of you,” she says. “The inner scientist in you will guide you.”

When asked to describe her brand in one word, Yarely’s answer comes easily:

“We don’t follow trends. We’re honest, and we’re results-driven.”

And when choosing between coffee and matcha?

“Coffee. Absolutely coffee.”
