Whenever you read the list of ingredients on the back of your skincare products, you will often see a host a lot of vitamins included among this list. “Good,” some might think, “the more vitamins the better. Pack ’em in, if you ask me.” But how often do we stop and consider what these vitamins really are and what effect they’re having on your skin? Besides the fact that vitamin C is the stuff in orange juice, the differentiation between different vitamins isn’t exactly common knowledge so we’ve prepared a short pseudo-alphabet of vitamins so you’ll know exactly what’s going on your skin and what effect its having.
